The first Circular of the 6th International Conference of Palaeogeography was issued at the end of June, 2023.

On the recommendation of late Prof. Zengzhao FENG, which was agreed by the International Society of Palaeogeography Council, the sixth ICP (ICP6) is to be co-sponsored by the International Society of Palaeogeography, the Palaeontological Society of China, China University of Petroleum (Beijing), Editorial Committee of the Journal of Palaeogeography, and Lithofacies Palaeogeography Committee of the Chinese Society for Mineralogy, Petrology and Geochemistry and will be  organized by Nanjing Institute of Geology and Palaeontology, Chinese Academy of Sciences(NIGPAS), along with some other organizations in China. The ICP6 will take place in Nanjing,  China in May, 2024.
